Refund policy

CollectorElysium is a marketplace. Pieces are listed and sold by independent sellers, each identified on the product page: private individuals and professional sellers. Professional sellers are recognisable by a badge displayed on their profile page.

Marketplace sales — pieces sold by third-party sellers

Professional sellers. Pieces sold by a professional seller are covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, without reason, provided the piece is returned in its original condition, complete and accompanied by its accessories and certificates. Professional sellers carry a badge on their profile and on the product page, so that they can be identified before purchase.

Private sellers. Pieces sold by a non-professional seller (a private individual) are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal: such sales are firm and final, and the buyer is clearly informed of this before purchase.

Sales by CollectorElysium from its own profile

CollectorElysium also sells on its own platform, through its own seller profile, in two distinct capacities.

Pieces from our own stock. These are sold by CollectorElysium as a professional seller and are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, without reason, in their original condition, complete and accompanied by their accessories and certificates. The refund is issued within 14 days of recovery of the piece (or of proof of its return shipment). Return costs are borne by the buyer, except where the piece is non-conforming or not authentic, in which case they are borne by CollectorElysium.

Pieces on consignment. CollectorElysium also presents, from that same profile, pieces entrusted to it on consignment by their owners. These are sold as-is, as unique pre-owned pieces: the sale is final and the piece is neither returnable, exchangeable nor refundable. This is stated on the product page.

Authenticity guarantee

Irrespective of any right of withdrawal, and whoever the seller is, any piece established as not authentic gives rise to a full refund (price and delivery costs) upon return, within 30 days of delivery (see Terms of Sale, Article 6).

Bespoke Atelier creations

Personalised creations and bespoke pieces made by the CollectorElysium Atelier to the client's specifications are neither taken back nor exchanged (Article L. 221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code).
