Preparation and authentication

Each piece is inspected and authenticated before shipment. The preparation time is 48 hours after confirmation of the order.

Transport and insurance

Pieces are shipped via DHL or Chronopost depending on the destination, with tracking, delivery against signature and insurance covering the full value of the piece during transport.

Delivery zones

CollectorElysium ships within France, across the European Union and internationally. Delivery times and costs are calculated according to the destination and displayed before the order is confirmed.

Customs duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be payable; these are borne by the buyer, unless stated otherwise.

Transfer of risk

For consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon physical delivery of the piece.
